Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you use richforgotten.garden and the services Richforgotten Pest Control offers through it. By browsing the site, calling the number on it or sending a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template and is not legal advice.

What Richforgotten Pest Control Does

Richforgotten Pest Control is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent pest control and wildlife removal providers. We do not spray, treat termites, remove animals or do any other pest work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Stand on Their Own

The providers you are connected with run their own businesses. They alone answer for their estimates, prices, products, scheduling, workmanship, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We also do not guarantee when they are available, how fast they respond, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask to see proof of license and insurance, and get a written estimate.

Information, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, health or financial advice, and it says nothing about whether a product is safe. Any cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm the details with a qualified provider.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you reach out, and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in by unauthorized means.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we connect you with may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. To stop contact, email contact@richforgotten.garden at any time.

Ownership of Content

The text and design of this site belong to Richforgotten Pest Control or those who license them to us. Do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Richforgotten Pest Control is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services or products, or from an agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is", with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to the Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
